Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and order confirmation.
WEGS Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeline

WEGS aims to provide quick delivery for eligible products and serviceable locations within Bengaluru Metro City.

Most orders are delivered within 60 to 120 minutes.
In certain situations such as heavy traffic, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, operational issues, or product availability constraints, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If a customer receives a damaged product, incorrect product, or finds any item missing from the order, they must notify WEGS Private Limited within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, and order details for verification purposes.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.
