Refund policy

1. RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
At WEGS Private Limited, we accept returns only in genuine cases such as:
• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Incorrect product delivered
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos).

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and invoice/bill are mandatory
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible
• Orders placed by mistake or in excess quantity will not be accepted

3. REFUND & REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Once a return request is raised:
• Our team will verify the issue
• After approval, replacement or refund will be initiated
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 3–7 working days (depending on payment provider)

4. ORDER CANCELLATION
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used products
• Installed electrical items
• Special order or clearance items.                                                                                       6. IMPORTANT NOTE
WEGS Private Limited reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any return request based on product condition and claim validity.
